A valid post
- Uses the official image and approved caption
- Appears in a different relevant group
- Is accepted and visible
- Shows the group and post in the screenshot
- Complies with the group’s rules
Does not qualify
- Pending, rejected or deleted posts
- Duplicate groups
- Fake or edited screenshots
- Irrelevant groups or fake accounts
- Disclosure removed or promotional image altered
Approved community caption
Does anyone here help run—or know of—a genuine local sanctuary, hospice, children’s home, rescue project or other community organisation that needs additional funding?
1842 is a private slow-letter experience for two people. Approved organisations can offer access as a meaningful thank-you to supporters who contribute to their work.
The organisation receives the contribution directly, keeps the majority of it and pays only a small fixed account setup and hosting fee. There is no stock to buy, nothing to package and nothing to deliver.
